DZN significantly reduced the DTH in sensitised animals compared to the control group after 24 h. CH at doses of 12.5, 25, and 50 mg/kg strongly neutralised the effect of DZN after 24 h. However, CH only at the highest dose of 50 mg/kg was able to neutralise the impact of DZN after 48 h on DTH responses in animals receiving DZN plus CH.
