Effect of melatonin on mRNA expression of selected genes in different part of brain (Hippocampus, Cortex, Cerebellum), Spinal Cord, Liver and WBC. mRNA expression level of (a) AhR, (b) Interferon gamma, (c) Nnmt, were determined by qPCR. B2M and Eef1e1 were used as internal control. Quantification of mRNA expression levels was normalized to controls. Values are presented as a fold change compared to the control group.
