  1. According to the interaction with the hot spot conserved residues and low score energy affinity binding, these compounds were selected for the next step. Only four compounds, including NPC98538, NPC100251, NPC112380, and NPC473010, interacted with hot spot conserved residues in OprM, OprN, OprJ, OprA and TolC.
