The gene expression results for six genes for M11_22 and M11_26 for Months 0–24. The values represent the relative abundance of target genes based on rnpB, which was used as reference gene. These results were normalized against Month 0_M11_22 to determine if temperature has caused a change in gene expression. Each test was done in three replicates.
