(A) Acrylamide gel containing 0.1% gelatin was reacted with white bands by MMP-2 and -9 gelatinases. (B, D) % of pro-MMP-2 and MMP-9 activity are displayed in the graphs. (C, E) The averages of the control and CRVO groups were expressed as the % of pro-MMP-2 and -9 activity. Both results were increased in the CRVO group compared with the control group.
