In silico immune stimulation analysis. The C-ImmSim tool simulation of the immune response promoted by the multiepitope was performed without the use of adjuvant. The tool offers only LPS as the option of adjuvant and we prefer instead, the QS21 saponin of Quillaja saponaria Molina. These two adjuvants probably use different mechanisms.
