Measures obtained during moonless nights with good clear sky conditions where (1) the galactic latitude absolute value is greater than \(70^{\circ }\) (2) the ecliptic latitude of the zenith is comprised between \(-30^{\circ }\) and \(30^{\circ }\) (3) the zenith helioecliptic longitude is lower than \(160^{\circ }\). This corresponds to situations where the zenith is far from the Galactic plane but close to the ecliptic plane and at lower angular distances from the Sun than in Fig. 7.
