Measures obtained during moonless nights with good clear sky conditions where (1) the galactic latitude absolute value is greater than \(70^{\circ }\) (2) the ecliptic latitude of the zenith is greater than \(30^{\circ }\) or lower than \(-30^{\circ }\) (3) the zenith helioecliptic longitude is greater than \(160^{\circ }\). This corresponds to situations where the zenith is far from the Galactic plane and also far from the ecliptic plane with higher angular distances from the Sun than in Fig. 6.
