PPS plastic changes. The results suggest that the PPS boundaries are shaped according to the saliency afforded to each hand. When the probability of receiving a tactile stimulus is 100% on the left hand and 0% on the right hand, the PPS is limited to the space immediately surrounding the left hand. Conversely, when the probability of receiving a tactile stimulus is equally distributed between the two hands (50% on each hand), the PPS seems to enlarge as to include the space surrounding both hands.
