XRD patterns of \(\hbox {Fe}_{{70}}\) \(\hbox {Ga}_{{30}}\) films of different thickness deposited on Kapton. Red, green and blue graphs corresponds to FeGa thickness of 57 nm, 28 nm, and 20 nm, respectively, and the black graph represents the substrate contribution. The peaks corresponds to the disordered A2 phase of FeGa.
