Workflow of the current investigation. Mononuclear cell samples were collected from peripheral blood of patients with severe COVID-19 included in the GSE164805 dataset. The GSE50395 dataset contains the peripheral blood monocyte samples from APS patients. Common DEGs were identified from both the datasets using the GEO2R tool on the website.
