Expression levels of hypothalamic feeding regulatory hormones in male WT and NMU KO rats. Each brain region was collected by LMD. RT-qPCR analyses of Npy, Agrp, and Pomc were performed using ARC cDNA samples. RT-qPCR analysis of Crh was performed using PVN cDNA samples. RT-qPCR analysis of Adcyap1 was performed using VMH cDNA samples. RT-qPCR analysis of Nms was performed using SCN cDNA samples. All data represent means ± SEM (n = 6).
