Thermal denaturation of hPGK1 variants monitored by CD spectroscopy. Signals corresponding to the Far-UV (222 nm) and the Near-UV (290 nm) are shown in panels (A) and (B), respectively. In both cases, linear pre- and post-transition baselines were applied to normalize data. Protein concentration was about 7 µM (Far-UV) and 15 µM (Near-UV). Experiments were performed in K-phosphate 20 mM, pH 7.4.
