Flow chart of the study subjects. Clinical data were obtained from 2,219 individuals who gave birth twice at tertiary centers (n = 2) or primary maternity care units (n = 12). A total of 1679 individuals were eligible for this study, after the exclusion of 481 and 59 individuals based on their index and subsequent pregnancy data, respectively.
