Membrane-anchored PrPC facilitates and LRP1 is essential for activation of ERK1/2 by α2M in BMDMs. (A) BMDMs isolated from WT mice were treated for 1 h with increasing concentrations of activated α2M (2–120 nM). Cell extracts were subjected to immunoblot analysis to detect phospho-ERK1/2 and total ERK1/2.
