Stability of phage Pablito. (a) Phage Pablito remains relatively stable at temperatures ranging from 25 to 45 °C, but decreased stability is observed at higher temperatures. (b) Phage stability was optimal at pH of 7.0 and higher. A significant drop in PFU’s was observed at pH ≤ 6.0.
