An example of a polygenic disease associated with many Reactome pathways (Polygenic disease-Type B in Fig. 3). The blue dot represents the disease (Leigh syndrome with leukodystrophy) associated to 12 different enzymes (in green enzymes that are part of the mitochondrial complex 1 and in yellow other enzymes). Red nodes represent the Reactome leaf pathways associated with the enzymes.
