Structure of the MERA circuit. Each arbitrary rotation gate U3 contains three trainable parameters. Therefore, the total number of trainable parameters is 24, which is the same as that of the original circuit with L = 2. The predicted value of the target variable was calculated from the expected value obtained by applying the Pauli Z operator to the third qubit.
