The BBD129-TA haplotype and BBD129-GG haplotype distribution in distinct fertility cross-bred bulls. The sequencing results have found that the cross-bred bulls produced a heterogeneous spermatozoa population bearing different haplotypes of the BBD129 gene. (A) BBD129-TA haplotype was significantly more distributed in the high fertile bulls. (B) BBD129-GG haplotype was significantly more distributed in the low fertile bulls.
