From: Fexinidazole interferes with the growth and structural organization of Trypanosoma cruzi
T. cruzi amastigotes proliferation in the presence of FEX. The number of parasites was reduced in a dose-dependent way. The number of parasites reduced from 20% after treatment with 0.5 µM to 93% with 10 µM. The data are the average of three independent experiments in triplicate (***p < 0.001).
