Luminescence data of PBmal1 activity in the presence of 0.05, 0.1 and 1 µg/mL doxycycline (DOX) shown in Fig. 1B were subjected to transient response analysis. Experimental values of luminescence intensity are shown in black and simulated data are shown in red for 1 µg/mL DOX (upper panel), pink for 0.1 µg/mL DOX (middle panel), and purple for 0.05 µg/mL DOX (bottom panel).
