From: The transmembrane domains mediate oligomerization of the human ZIP4 transporter in vivo
Fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS) autocorrelation curves of eGFP-tagged membrane proteins. FCS recordings were made on the plasma membrane of transiently transfected HEK293 cells expressing the indicated eGFP-tagged proteins. CD-86/eGFP and CD-86/eGFP/eGFP are the monomeric and dimeric controls, respectively. Fluorescence intensity fluctuations from recording outside the range of 50–250 kHz were excluded.
