Error metrics across MR scanner models. The average ROC curves across bootstrapped repetitions are compared when using clinical and radiomic features only from pairings of the three primary MR scanner models used (Siemens Magnetom Vision, Magnetom Expert, and Avanto). As for Fig. 1, for each curve in this figure, associated error metrics, optimal operating point (+), and 95% confidence intervals (shaded band and values in parentheses) are provided.
