Formation of di-Tyr crosslinks partially explains the detection of aggregates formed on incubation of 6PGDH with 100 mM AAPH at 37 °C for 180 min. MS/MS spectrum of the quadruply charged crosslinked peptide (GY27TVSIFNR) (IVSY333AQGFSQLR) with m/z 606.3195. Further details are given in Table 4.
