The distance from aromatic ring to aromatic ring in the crosslinked peptides was estimated from the 3D structure of G6PD (alphafold structure: P0AC53) and 6PGD (PDB: 3FWN). The crosslinks listed were found in all the replicates subjected to oxidation, and not in any of the controls.
