The sequence of the crosslinked peptides (with the amino acids involved in the crosslinks highlighted in bold) are indicated. The observed mass of the crosslinks is also included. The distance from aromatic ring to aromatic ring in the crosslinked peptides was estimated from the 3D structure of G6PD (alphafold structure: P0AC53) and 6PGD (PDB: 3FWN). The crosslinks listed were found in all the replicates subjected to oxidation, and not in any of the controls.
