Effect of DOI, a 5-HT2A, 5-HT2B and 5-HT2C receptor agonist, on the anxiolytic-like activity of D2AAK1 in EPM test. Mice were pretreated with DOI (0.25 mg/kg s.c.), 15 min before administration of D2AAK1 (25 mg/kg, i.p.), that was injected 60 min before the test.
