Viability of HT29 cells after exposure to Mn3O4 (left) and GNA35 (right) NMs. Results are expressed as % of control (non-exposed cells). Data represents the mean (± standard deviation, SD) of two independent experiments (6 biological replicates). Differences were established using a one-way ANOVA followed by multiple comparisons test (Tukey test) and considered significant when P ≤ 0.05. The same letter indicates no significant differences between treatments.
