The average of second derivative profiles for each group is given in the bottom panel. 3D scatter plot (b) and bipolat (score (c)-loading (d)) display the clustering of the control group samples on the negative PC2 axis. Positive peaks in the PC2 loading plot show the spectral positions that contributed to the displayed classification.
