From: Pirenperone relieves the symptoms of fragile X syndrome in Fmr1 knockout mice
Level of impulsivity was normalized after pirenperone treatment. Elevated plus-maze was performed at the age of 6 weeks. (A) The duration of staying at both open and closed arms were measured and the percent time in open arms was calculated using the following formula [(duration in open arms)/(duration in both open and closed arms) × 100]. One-way ANOVA, post hoc test: Bonferroni’s multiple comparison test, WT versus Fmr1 KO, *p < 0.05, Fmr1 KO versus KO + P (pirenperone), #p < 0.05.
