Correlation of KMR and simulated chimerism in virtual samples. Chimerism was evaluated by KMRtrack in virtual samples containing mixtures of DNA from 2 individuals. DNA mixtures with (A) 1%, 5%, 10%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, and 100%, or (B) 0%, 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.4%, 0.5%, 0.6%, 0.7%, 0.8%, and 0.9%, of simulated recipient cells were prepared according to DNA concentrations. The recipient chimerisms of these DNA mixtures were evaluated by KMRtrack using the 7 markers with highest informativity to distinguish Japanese donor/recipient pairs.
