Comparison of free mEVs and mEV-loaded PVP fibers (PVP-mEVs). Free mEVs and PVP-mEVs were compared by flow cytometry based on GFP signal, TritonX-100 lysis, CD81 and phosphatidylserine (AnnexinV) markers (A). The mEVs were detected based on GFP fluorescence, while nanofibers were detected with visible light using a confocal laser scanning microscope (B). The presence and morphology of mEVs were confirmed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) (C). (AB: antigen specific staining with antibody, Tx: Triton X-100).
