Another case in which the pathology diagnosis by TBLC was inconsistent with the diagnosis of MDD. (A), (B): pathology by TBLC. Dense fibrosis were observed. In addition, lymphoid follicles with germinalcenter (orange arrow) and giant cells with cholesterol clefts (red arrow) were observed. (C),(D): HRCT. Traction bronchiectasis (yellow arrow) and honeycombing (red arrow) were observed. But small centrilobular nodules or other findings suggestive of connective tissue disease associated interstitial lung diesase were not observed.
