The green dots are experimentally measured time-dependent temperatures obtained assuming a Boltzmann distribution for the rotational state of OH\(^{-}\). Also shown are the calculated time-dependent temperatures from the Master equation under two different assumptions: without blackbody radiation (blue dots) and with blackbody radiation (red dots). The error bars of the temperature are estimated at 95% confidence level when fitting to PDES model. The lines are drawn to guide the eyes.
