Opsonophagocytic activity against PAO1 in mice immunized with PA-OMVs-DT + adjuvant. Mouse sera from the vaccinated and control groups (n = 5) were pooled to determine the opsonophagocytosis. Multiple comparisons among different groups were analyzed using one-way ANOVA. Data represent the means ± SD of the percentage of killing bacteria phagocytized compared to PBS-immunized samples. **P < 0.01 and ***P < 0.001were considered statistically significant, respectively.
