Enrichment plots of hallmark gene sets enriched and repressed in perigonadal adipose tissue of male AdipoQ-LPL mice. We used Affymetrix Mouse 2.0 microarrays to quantify gene expression in perigonadal adipose tissue and analyzed the entire set of data by gene set enrichment analysis to identify hallmark gene sets enriched or repressed in the AdipoQ-LPL mice (n = 12).
