Expression of TROP-2 on pathological specimen. Intermediate expression of Trop-2 (left and middle), and high expression of TROP-2 (right). Positivity of TROP-2 was cytoplasmic, membranous, or both. Intermediate to low TROP-2 expression showed heterogeneous staining pattern as shown in the left and middle panel. Immunohistochemistry was scored by using the semiquantitative H-score method to better capture this heterogeneity in the lower expression range.
