Variations in OsCENH3 (green) and Hθ (pink): (a) an extra triplet of TAA amino acids occurs from position 48–50 in Hθ, (b) Thr 38 is absent. Despite these facts, the helical structure is unaltered. The models were generated using Modeller 10.1 and superimposed using PyMOL version 2.5.0.
