Model 1 included demographic (gender, race, age, ethnicity), vital signs (BMI, systolic and diastolic blood pressure) and comorbidities (see Table 1); Model 2 added SDI quintiles to Model 1; Model 3 added time (weeks since March 1st, 2020) to Model 2 and Model 4 (logistic regression only) added time x SDI quintile interaction to Model 3.
