The proteins of enriched KEGG pathways (fructose and mannose metabolism, glucagon signaling pathway and NF-kappa B signaling pathway in PZH vs. Control group, PPAR signaling pathway, arachidonic acid metabolism, and ferroptosis in Sora vs. Control group) were marked in the volcano maps, these proteins were selected to further PRM verification.
