Labels in blue denote sequences encoded by phylum Porifera. Labels with a star indicate cysteine GPXs, where cysteine is the catalytic residue. Subfamily GPX7 is exclusively cysteine dependant for all species. Black numbers on branches indicate bootstrap support. Branch lengths represent evolutionary distances, indicated by tree scale.
