Internalization of FD phytoplasmas into S2 cells in presence of chlorpromazine (CPZ), cytochalasin D (CytoD) and nystatin (Nyst). Two concentrations (10 and 30 µM) were used for each inhibitor. Boxplots with different letters are significantly different under the ANOVA test of the R commander package of R software version 4.0.363 (https://www.R-project.org). The normal distribution of the value was previously verified using the Shapiro–Wilk normality test of R software (R commander package).
