FOLFOX and OXP increased CD 47 and PD-L1 expression on the cell surface of CT-26 cell lines. (A–D) Gating strategies for analysis of CD47 and PD-L1 cell surface expression in CT-26 tumor cell line following treatment with OXP and FOLFOX. (E) CT-26 tumor cells were treated with OXP or FOLFOX, and CD47 expression was analyzed by flowcytometry.
