Effect of QNs 1–6, PBN and NAC on human neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cell viability under basal conditions. Bars represent % of cell viability in the presence of the compounds at the indicated concentrations. Cell viability for the untreated cells (C24h) was assigned 100% (100 ± 5.52%, mean ± SEM). Values are the mean ± SEM of five experiments, each one performed in triplicate. Statistics was performed by one-way ANOVA test. There were no significant differences with respect to control. Analysis of results above 100% is not shown.
