Evaluation of weight change. Weight percent change from pre-operation day 1 baseline values. Weight change was significantly smaller in the ADSCs with antibiotic group than in the other groups on POD7 and POD14. All statistical analyses were performed using Welch ANOVA followed by Tukey HSD post-test (n = 6 rats per group). The error bars are defined as standard error of the mean. *p < 0.05.
