From: Exploring a global interpretation mechanism for deep learning networks when predicting sepsis
An overview of our approach. Experiment 1.1 is conducted to establish a, computational sepsis expert (CSE) to act as a benchmark in identifying the features a machine needs to “see” to be a good diagnostic model for sepsis. Experiment 1.2 is where we create and assess the proposed interpretation mechanism.
