PI3K inhibition reduces tumour growth in a xenograft model. 5 × 106 Maver-1 or Mino cells were injected subcutaneously into SCID mice. When the tumours had reached 60–160 mm3 the animals were subjected to either vehicle control or idelalisib/duvelisib at 50 mg/kg. Tumour volumes were measured with a calliper in two dimensions.
