The top images (a–c) plots, across 24 h, sub-foveal and sub-parafoveal choriocapillaris flow deficit density and sub-parafoveal choriocapillaris flow deficit size in myopes and non-myopes. Significant time by refractive group interactions (P < 0.05) were found in the three indices with myopes and non-myopes demonstrating different pattern of variation. For all time points, error bars indicates one standard error of the mean. The bottom images (d–f) shows polar diagrams for sub-foveal and sub-parafoveal choriocapillaris flow deficit density and sub-parafoveal choriocapillaris flow deficit size depicting diurnal amplitude of change (distances from center) plotted against acrophase time (around the perimeter, 24-h clock) in myopes and non-myopes.
