Sub-parafoveal deep choroid perfusion density in myopes and non-myopes plotted across 24 h. A significant time by refractive group interaction for both indices (P = 0.03) was noted with myopes and non-myopes demonstrating different pattern of variation, however their acrophase difference did not reach statistical significance. Error bars indicates one standard error of the mean for all time points.
