GBEs significantly suppressed a myopic refractive shift and axial elongation in a murine LIM model. (A). In the control 0 D and − 30 D groups, the eyes treated with − 30 D lenses had a significantly greater refractive shift than the eyes treated with 0 D lenses (p < 0.001). When compared to the control − 30 D group, mice in the GBEs − 30 D group showed a significantly reduced refractive shift (p < 0.001) (n = 8). (B).
