GBEs administration reduced choroidal thinning. The two groups that were given normal chow showed a significant difference in choroidal thickness between the − 30 D lenses group and the 0 D lenses group (p < 0.001). Mice given GBEs chow with − 30 D lenses showed a statistically significant increase in choroidal thickness compared to the normal chow group with − 30 D lenses (p < 0.01) (n = 6). **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001, Bars represent mean + / − standard deviations.
